Connecting to APIs in Tableau Desktop using Python & TabPy
This repository contains the sample Tableau workbook showing how to connect to the Restcountries API directly from Tableau Desktop using TabPy, and dynamically display data from this API based on the user's interaction with the dashboard. Please see individual calculatuions in the workbook (called Capital, Subregion, Country Area) for the Python script with comments.
