This config parser can parse through config files given the edge cases provided in the take home.
Edit the config.txt file as necessary and edit the CONFIG_FILE variable in configParser.js if testing a new config file.
I have created a ConfigParser class with two methods, getConfig and getValue.
getConfig will log the parsed config file to the console
getValue will log the value provided the parameter to the console
