Setup instructions

• Clone repository
• Run poetry install to create environment and install dependencies
• Use poetry add <library> to install other useful libraries e.g. keras or pytorch
• Run jupyter poetry run jupyter notebook
• Open a browser on localhost:8888. If the browser can't find the page you may need to re-run the poetry command with the flag --no-browser
