Iris Dataset Analysis

This repository contains a Jupyter Notebook that performs exploratory data analysis and visualization on the Iris dataset. The Iris dataset is widely used for pattern recognition literature and for beginner-level data science projects.

Installation and Setup

Step 1: Clone the Repository

Clone this repository to your local machine to get started.

git clone https://github.com/anikethhebbar/iris-classification.git

Step 2: Install Dependencies

Navigate to the project folder and install the necessary packages. You can do this by running the following command:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Step 3: Launch Jupyter Notebook

Run the following command to launch the Jupyter Notebook interface:

jupyter notebook

Once Jupyter Notebook is running, navigate to the location of the iris.ipynb notebook and open it to run the cells.

Usage

1. Make sure you have followed the Installation and Setup steps.
2. Open the iris.ipynb notebook in Jupyter Notebook.
3. Run the notebook cells in sequence to perform the data analysis and view the results.
