Me (@Anijatsu) is barely a newbie. This is my first "real" fork, and I aim to mix in a few improvements from other folks' kind published work.

To be accomplished in this fork

• [] Add variance to each key press, e.g. by changing the pitch within a given range
• [] Optimize the application:
  • [] Include only a small set of keyboard sounds with build
  • [] Allow downloading other sets off the repo
  • [] Check whether the app launches properly w/o Internet connection (I had some trouble at the first launch)
  • [] Check that the app runs properly with the newest version of macOS, without having to manually dive into the Privacy options of System Settings - not sure if I had to do that myself.
• Normalize each sound to eliminate volume tweaking, or having to use e.g. Soundsource to even every app out

Mechvibes

• You can add more keyboard sound set by recording any sound you like and add them to this app with some easy steps.

• Use your laptop keyboard or non-mechanical keyboard at work and still hear your loved sound.

• Use this app as any purpose as you want (such as demo for the buyer about the keyboard sound before they buy it, custom any sound for any key...)

With the included Editor, you can create a new sound pack, edit existing sound pack or share them with your friends.
