within:
/docs/writing is the blog--THIS GETS OVERWRITTEN!
Write posts in /jekyll/_posts and run the update from the root.
For the admin console:
Navigate to the jekyll directory, run bundle exec jekyll serve and navigate to http://localhost:4000/admin/
