Reflex continuous build

This will:

• Start the fakesmtp script.
• Build and install gomailservice on any *.go file change.
• Restart the gomailservice app.

Ensure that Reflex is installed.

Run continuous-build from the root directory.

Gin

Ensure that gin is installed.

Run gin.
