Code appendix to reproduce examples in the paper "Interactive Exploration of Large Dendrograms with Prototypes" by Andee Kaplan and Jacob Bien.
This appendix contains the following folders the correspond to the three case study examples in the paper:
- movies -- Contains the clustering object and Rmarkdown file to create it.
- seaflow -- Contains the image labels, distance matrix, and clustering object, as well as an Rmarkdown file to create the clustering object.
- covid_19 -- Contains the clustering object, folders with image labels, and the R script to create these objects.
