Chatbot eases our tasks by providing assistance and automating most of the features. BOTtleneck is a platform which provides ample of chatbots serving various purposes. It's a cluster of powerful chatbots assisting multiple sectors. The Conversational Chatbots can help you get to know your customers even more. They let you figure out what their questions and needs are, plus the products or services they're interested in, and help you make strategic decisions to improve the user experience. |

First, the user needs to authenticate himself to the system via his/her email. Then he would be taken to the chatbot feature tab. Here the mobile application is an implementation of a hospital chatbot. This chatbot assists the user to diagnose the disease. Now the users are being asked about the symptoms of a specific disease. The user response in each case is being stored. After finishing the set of questions, the chatbot would try to find the matching symptoms with the available diseases in the database and communicate the same to the user. Then finally the user will be asked to enter a preferable time. The bot would provide the names and availability of the physicians according to the user's suitable time period.

Here, after finishing with the authentication. The user can have an interaction with the chatbot. Here the chatbot helps the user by filtering the restauarnt menu, according to the taste, dish name, type, place, price and ratings. After filtering the data its displayed by the bot as the output. The user queries are being processed and then further the output to these queries are displayed.

Once the required setup and installation is completed, you can start developing and running the project.
Go into the root directory of the project and start the run.py file
python3 run.py
