The “Placement Management System” has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing of current manual system. This system is supported to eliminate and, in some cases, reduce the hardships faced by this existing system. Moreover, this system is designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner. Currently, forms are filled by the students manually. On this platform, students can fill forms online. It can help in managing the data more efficiently. Also, it can act as a common platform to share various information with students. This system will help placement cell coordinators to generate list of eligible students and share information with them. Also, on “Placement Cell Management” coordinator will be able to maintain data about various companies. Report generation is an important job for placement coordinators, with this project, they will be able to generate report easily. This application aims to reduce as much as possible errors while entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus, by this all it proves it is user-friendly. Placement Management System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist user to concentrate on their other activities rather than to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus, it will help organization in better utilization of resources.
