Telegram bot for checking updates of FINEC rating system
1) Click /start and type your full name. Bot'll check whether you are FINEC student or not
2) If you are a student of FINEC you will be offered to choose some functions
3) Click "Check up points" and choose the discipline
4) Also, you may check up your position or subscribe to updates of FINEC rating system and Bot will send you every system update
