Lip detection

Prerequisites

1. Python 3
2. Libraries: opencv, dlib, numpy,imutils. You must have installed/upgraded imutils to the latest version, ensuring you have access to the face_utils
   submodule: pip install --upgrade imutils

Instructions:

1. Clone the repo
2. Open terminal and navigate to the repo using cd command.
3. Type the following command: python3 text.py --shape-predictor shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat --image images/image1.jpg (you can change image1.jpg to any other image of your choice)
