Setup

1. Download the model for plate detection here. Move the model into the ./models/ directory.
2. Run this command in your terminal:

$ python setup.py

Demo

1. Download the video for the demo first, here. Move the video into this project directory
2. Run this command in your terminal:

$ python main.py
