Plugin : SmartGiant plugin API : Interface and Utils v1_X_RX : Implementation of the API for a specific version

Build :

1. Download and extract BuildTools : https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/buildtools/
2. Run : java -jar BuildTools.jar --rev 1.13.2
3. Run : mvn package
4. The plugin will be generated in Plugin/target
