self rss collector

locl server is ok with wirte premission, however SAE forbide write to rss.json - -!
- auto fresh
- keep the history data
- add view to edit rss list
- show selector aside the articles
- edit blogs.yml to add desired rss xml address
- run feed.py, it will update the rss.json
- open the index.html and see what's new.
