Rtorrent Management User Interface
this script is intended to substitue the "default shell" of a limited user. It can start/watch/stop rtorrent upon a screen session.

- write docs: how to set a Linux User Account for rtorrent-only, how to use this script to manage rtorrent.
Note
this is just a first commit of a script i made many years ago, and dont wanna lose it :D Maybe i'll improve it, maybe not, who knows?
