With sphinx-doc/sphinx#8996 installed, sphinx generates a page with:

multiply_polynomial(p: Polynomial, value: int) -> Tuple[Polynomial, Polynomial]

which is great. However, using the autodoc_typehints = "description" in conf.py (which moves the type annotations next to the arguments in the description body of the function), sphinx instead generates

multiply_polynomial(p, value)
    Parameters:     * p (numpy.polynomial.polynomial.Polynomial) –
                    * value (int) –
    Return type:    Tuple[numpy.polynomial.polynomial.Polynomial, numpy.polynomial.polynomial.Polynomial]

as it did before.
