This repo builds the vignette showing the BIRS Biointegration workshop
for seqFISH+scRNAseq dataset by using the SpatialExperiment class for the
seqFISH data storage and the SingleCellExperiment Bioconductor class for the scRNA-seq data
storage.
The objects are then combined into a MultiAssayExperiment Bioconductor class object, retrieved through the SingleCellMultiModal Bioconductor package.
