Setup Flask API

Install

This code is implemented in python 3.6. ::

Create a virtualenv and activate it:: refer this https://www.pythonforbeginners.com/basics/how-to-use-python-virtualenv

$ virtualenv venv -p python3
$ . venv/bin/activate

Or on Windows cmd::

$ virtualenv venv -p python3
$ venv\Scripts\activate.bat

Install dependencies::

# cd PrescriptionFeatureExtraction-master/
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Run

Once the dependencies install successfully run the application by:: ::

   $ python app.py

Open http://127.0.0.1:5000 in a browser.
