This repo contain the results from the modeling from measurements course homework.
To run the notebooks:
- optDMD matlab library must be in MATLAB path https://github.com/duqbo/optdmd
- pysindy library for python must be install https://github.com/dynamicslab/pysindy
Matlab notebook are created with 2021b version of MATLAB. Python 3.8.10 was used.
