Sample App Using the OpenWeather API

- Build and run using Xcode 11.4
- Make sure Unit Tests run and pass
- Pull to Refresh
- Navigate to detail screen for each forecast
- Better UI
- Allow user to specify city
- Allow user to select location from Map
- Create graph with forecast data
- Make more extensive use of OpenWeather API
