Unable to install from requirements.txt

Hi,

I am trying to install the virtual environment with anaconda python 3.8.5. The problem is that when i pip install the requirements.txt as first step, i get one error:
ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: 1.9.5 Requires-Python >=2.7, !=3.0., !=3.1., !=3.2., !=3.3., <3.7; 8.13.1 Requires-Python >=3.9
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torchvision==0.9.1+cu111 (from versions: 0.1.6, 0.1.7, 0.1.8, 0.1.9, 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.2.2, 0.2.2.post2, 0.2.2.post3, 0.5.0, 0.9.0, 0.9.1, 0.10.0, 0.10.1, 0.11.0, 0.11.1, 0.11.2, 0.11.3, 0.12.0, 0.13.0, 0.13.1, 0.14.0, 0.14.1, 0.15.0, 0.15.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torchvision==0.9.1+cu111

Can you help me how the installation can be done in this case? Thanks in advance

Furthermore, if i try to run the command as shown in readme file:
pip install -e . -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

I get following error:
ERROR: Cannot install adpkd-segmentation and adpkd-segmentation==1.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
adpkd-segmentation 1.0 depends on MarkupSafe==1.1.1
jinja2 2.11.3 depends on MarkupSafe>=0.23
nbconvert 6.5.1 depends on MarkupSafe>=2.0

To fix this you could try to:

  1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
  2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict

I tried changing the versions in the txt file, but that later results in more such errors in other packages.
