• aws rds describe-db-engine-versions --engine postgres --query "DBEngineVersions[].EngineVersion"
• aws cloudformation deploy --stack-name council-api-db --template-file rds.yaml
• aws cloudformation describe-stack-events --stack-name council-api-db
• aws cloudformation delete-stack --stack-name council-api-db
