Initial setup

• Install Pulumi
• Authenticate gcloud to your GCP account
• Bootstrap a Pulumi project structure with pulumi new and choose the container-gcp-python template
• In requirements.txt file, pin the pulumi-gcp dependency version to 7.11.2
• Reinstall the dependencies
  • source venv/bin/activate
  • pip install -r requirements.txt

Cloudrun:

• Connect GCP to Github
• Whitelist the repo
• Activate IAM API
