Committee Chair

Committee Chair Eligibility

A committee chair must be an active Techlahoma member

Committee Chair Responsibilities

• Set committee objectives & key results (if any)
• Recruit committee members (must include at least 1 board member)
• Oversee committee activities
• Report committee activities to the board at least every quarter
• Present proposals to the board
• Approves spending under committee budget

Committee Chair Powers

• Approve committee members
• Allocate and adjust committee budget as needed
