Title: Effectiveness of Fastlink (An Emergency Device) in Connecting Cardiac Patients of Iligan City to EMS (Emergency Medical Services)

Description: A mobile datalogger for elderly individual which monitors pulse rate and SPO2 levels at a fixed interval. Such readings are monitored in such a way that the device automatically transmits its location via GSM into the Emergency Monitoring System (EMS) when readings are beyond normal range.
