Codepen radio - documents what a web software company has to deal with. Fascinating in depth insight into what it takes to run a tech service. These guys are open to discussing EVERYTHING so if you're setting out to begin a software as a service company, this will be interesting listening for you. For those that don't have those aspirations, it is still a great insight into various technologies, legalities and issues that come up day-to-day running a business.
