Dengan adanya SIM Surat Keluar dan Masuk, organisasi dapat memantau dengan mudah setiap surat yang masuk dan keluar. SIM Surat Keluar dan Masuk juga memudahkan dalam pengelolaan arsip surat, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kehilangan atau kebingungan dalam mencari arsip surat yang dibutuhkan.
