this file for "new from templates" in inkscape to change document size to 1080 x 1080 px
download Instagram_1080x1080.svg file and move to directory \Inkscape\share\inkscape\templates
- open inkscape
- click file -> New from templates -> Instagram 1080x1080
- click create from template button
