1. Scripts to carry out the dropout analysis (PCa data - 10X Vs. BD)

Prerequisites:

• R (> 4.2)
  • M3Drop (v.1.24.0)
• Python (> 3.9.x)
  • scannpy (1.9.1)
  • anndata (0.8.0)

Scripts:

• extract_counts: Used to extract the count matrices fro the H5AD file in CSV format
• dropout_prob: Used to process the CSV files in order to fit a modified non-linear Michaelis-Menten equation introduced in the M3Drop package.
