To start you should have the libraries opencv,numpy,urllib first of all download IP WEBCAME from play store click on new server copy the IP address , paste it into chrome or any browser Then on video tab in opened link click JAVASCRIPT It will show your backcamera video Right click on video and click "copy image address" Paste it into another tab and open and start delete last numbers until "SHOT.JPG" as "http://192.68.43.1:8080/shot.jpg" Copy the edited url and paste it in the variable like : url = "http://192.169.43.1:8080/shot.jpg" Then run the program You can detect your face as well as your eyes by your mobile camera
