This Python program allows users to pick and play 2 different games of similar concept
1: The computer guesses the number you have in your head from 1-10. You will be able to provide some feedback to help the computer guess
2: You guess a randomly computer generated number, the computer will provide hints along the way
3: Is a quit option to stop playing
