This GitHub repository corresponds to the Peer Assessment 1 of the Reproducible Research course of the Data Science Specialization offered by Bloomberg School of Public Health of the Johns Hopkins University through Coursera.

The submission consists of the following five components.

  1. PA1_template.Rmd: The R Markdown file containing the entire report.

  2. PA_template.R: The R Code to compile the R Markdown file using Knitr.

  3. PA_template.html: The html file obtained after compiling the R Markdown file using Knit HTML.

  4. PA_template.pdf: The pdf file obtained after compiling the R Markdown file using Knit PDF.

  5. figure: The figure folder containing all the figures generated during compliation of the R Markdown file.
