php, Mysql program to CRUD for two different tables There is two version of the program the first one (index.php) is connected with the MySql database. Database have two Tables 1. STUDENT (no, name , surname , departmentno) 2. DEPARTMENT( no, dname)
In the second version there is no database, but there is two .txt files for there it read write update and delete students and departments
