Determine who will run Story Lab standups.
On 2023-12-13 we switched over to run the daily standup bot on Deno Deploy using Deno Cron.
All pushes to the main branch of this repository will now deploy to Deno Deploy and run automatically.
We may, in future, merge the Deno version into main.
