Creates Carla Scenes in Carla 0.9 and labels them for object detection of vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians. Adapted from https://github.com/AlanNaoto/carla-dataset-runner. Sometimes the simulation gets stuck or captures a frame where there are no visible detections. Tried to make it as usable as possible, use with caution.
