Atom Dark UI theme - mod by Zir

A dark UI theme for Atom based on 'Atom Dark UI'.
Suggested syntax highlighting theme: Seti (Blue or Steel theme)

Windows:
Atom does not support theming of top app title bar nor menu bar. There is however a package to do that:
title-bar-replacer
(tested as of Atom 1.37.0)

Todo:

• Looking for help with a .coffee to add options menu for user to choose UI font size, font family and colors
• Terminal page: hide scrollbar track when scrollbar is not visible
• Tabs pane: theme scrollbar track corner (remains visible when scrollbar hidden)
