Complete rewriting of old storage blocker plugin with bunch of QoL features for server admins.
Place plugin into plugin folder and restart server/load plugin. Default config files will be parsed and validated. Best used on fresh maps as old stored items will not be retroactively removed from inventories.
All configuration files are validated in code on plugin startup, errors will be displayed in console and server logs.
