This repository includes project studies on CRM Analytics, of which trainings were completed and sector projects were carried out within the scope of Turkcell Data Science Bootcamp.
- "Customer Segmentation with RFM Analysis" and "CLTV Estimation with BG-NBD and Gamma-Gamma" studies were carried out in the project, which was carried out on real industry data.
