CT-Line-Decomposition
The gLineDecompositionPCA function computes the decomposed sinogram measurement in CT imaging into the subspace spanned by the PCA basis function. The files include C++ source codes and MATLAB wrapper. The non-linear optimization was solved by the open source L-BFGS-B algorithm.
