###Front End Developer Skills Assessment

• Create a static, handwritten HTML/CSS web page using the included JPG as a reference point.

• Use concise, semantic HTML5 and CSS3

• Use no images, style each element using strictly CSS.

• Implement responsive CSS, so the page dynamically scales based on viewport size.

• The font you use doesn't matter. Don't worry about attempting to match fonts.

• Main header navigation should change to black on hover, while footer navigation should change to white on hover.

• Allowed libraries:

  • Bootstrap
  • jQuery

• When completed, compress your project directory and email to [e-mail]
