Telegram bot in Whalepool to grab crypto market data
Step 1: Telegram bot has to be created. Message @botfather to go through the process and get the API key which is set in the php file
Step 2: Get a webserver that is https enabled (SSL certs are free with LetsEncrypt) and run the .php file on it
Step 3: Edit file to use the token from step 1 and the address from step 2
