"TreeData" is a provisional name.

The package structure diagrams (TreeData_Structure.drawio.html) can be found in the "documents" folder.

Installation (development version)

devtools::install_github("VincyaneBadouard/TreeData", build_vignettes = TRUE)

Open the shiny app
