To apply migrations:
$ alembic upgrade <ID>

To revert migrations:
$ alembic downgrade <ID>

To show history:
$ alembic history
$ alembic history -i
To create new SQLite3 database:
sqlite3 db.db

To show tables and schema:
sqlite3 db.db
