View locally with Docker

To view the course locally with Docker:

1. Install docker and docker-compose

2. Clone this GitHub repo

3. From the root of this project repo type: docker-compose build

4. After it's done building, run docker-compose up

5. Then copy this url to the browser: http://localhost:8000
