Neon Blackboard is a theme designed for the Publify blogging engine by Peter Gerdes based on the bootstrap-2 theme by Frédéric de Villamil. As with the original this theme uses Bootstrap as a framework for theme development and is released under the MIT Licence. Any other material such as sample photos used by the themes are the property of their creator and licenced under the Creative Commons No Commercial Share Alike licence.
