Tiledesk iOS App allows Support's agents to chat with Site's visitor's "on the move".
This app provides the following features:
- Signup/Login with Tiledesk's email and password
- Recent conversations' list
- Offline messages' history
- Received receipts (you can see if a message was sent and delivered)
- Close conversation
- Closed conversations' list
- Reopen a closed conversation
