When hovering over the "View Projects" cards, the "View Project" text goes from stacked to side-by-side, and that transition appears a bit jerky and odd. I don't believe it was doing that previously.

On interior pages, the "header-icons-wrapper" div is appearing a bit too large and prominent. Let's reduce the height of that so it's at most 60px high
