Java installation

1. Download the tar from the oracle website
2. Invoke the script with sudo like sudo zsh install_java.sh user /dir/of/java/tar/file

Flash installation

1. Download the tar from the Adboe site
2. Call the script in bash / zsh using sudo zsh install_flash.sh user
