Primary freature

spread the information about hostels, second hand things, jobs, initiate the chats anonymously.

improvement:

1. add price input to trade page
2. better folder structure and components
3. UI/UX

Local hosting:

1. rename next.config-example.js to next.config.js
2. add any string value to CRYPTO_KEY
3. get STREAM_KEY and STREAM_SECRET from https://getstream.io/ (for chat page)
4. Comands

• npm i
• npx prisma migrate
• npx prisma generate
• npx next dev
